The pros train before the season. We believe young athletes deserve the same opportunity to prepare, build confidence and develop skills before game day arrives. Offseason Skills Training is designed to prepare athletes for the upcoming season by focusing on fundamentals, skill development and competitive reps. Players will build confidence through position work, 1v1’s and controlled scrimmages; all in a high-energy, team-focused environment. By the end of training, athletes will be sharper, more prepared and ready to compete when the flag football season kicks off.
